Organic NFC Clear / Cloudy Fruit Juice
The fruits used in production are produced in accordance with organic farming standards and
approved by authorized accredited organizations. Fruit juice, could be clear or cloudy, are
obtained by processing our carefully selected organic fruits in a very short time without
losing their features. NFC juices have the highest nutritional content and aromatic
composition. These products, which are filled aseptically, are stored in cold storages (0-5°C)
or frozen (-18°C) depending on their characteristics.
The fruit juices obtained by using technologies that can best preserve the quality parameters
such as color and taste and the nutritional values such as vitamins and minerals of the
carefully selected organic fruits immediately after harvest are concentrated in the evaporator
by evaporating the water at a low temperature, without any additives. They are products
that can be in clear and cloudy form. It provides many advantages in transportation and
storage. These products, which are filled with aseptic or cold filling methods, can be stored in
cold stores (0-5 C) or (-18 C) depending on their suitability.
After washing the organic fruits that have reached the desired ripeness, eliminating unsuitable fruits, separating the skin and core of the fruit and then grinding and sieving it into pulp, preserving its taste, aroma and rich fiber structure, fruit purees or puree concentrates by evaporating of the liquid of these purees. It is the closest product to fruit in terms of nutritional values such as minerals and vitamins.
They are natural products that do not contain any additives or preservatives, obtained by
condensing and enriching the juice vapor that is blown from the fruit juice in the evaporator
during the production Organic Fruit Concentrates. It is used as a flavor enhancer or a natural
aroma in applications required by the fruit and food industry.
Fruit seeds obtained by washing, cleaning and drying the seeds separated from the fruit
during organic fruit production; It is used in the production of essential oils, cosmetics, food
supplements and various extracts.
